When? 
 
This year's CLC program will run from December 6, 2023 through June 6, 2024.
 
 
 
Please remember:
Students MUST receive their official CLC schedule before attending any clubs after school. Your child's start date will depend on when they were registered.
 
We will follow the District calendar for non school days and we will not have clubs on those days. This includes closures and early dismissal due to inclement weather. 
 
 
 
Time? 
Monday - Thursday
  • AM Study Hall: 7:15 - 7:45 (drop in, no registration required)
  • Meal Time (Free): 2:15 - 2:30
  • Clubs 1st Block: 2:30 - 3:30
  • Clubs 2nd Block: 3:30 - 4:30
  • Bus Departure: 4:30
 
 
Where?
  • All students meet in Tom McCall West for meal time at their assigned location listed on their CLC schedule. 
  • Those participating in AM Study Hall will meet in the TM West library. 
 
 
Transportation: 
  • We do not offer transportation for students who live within a mile and a half of the school. Unfortunately, we cannot make any exceptions to this rule so please plan accordingly.
  • Bus routes after clubs are more limited due to driver availability. This means that students might be dropped off further than their regular school day location.
  • Students who alternate between parents or guardians due to extenuating family circumstances may be routed for two different stops based on availability in that area. Please contact our CLC office to discuss further.
  • If your child is only attending clubs until 3:30, you MUST pick them up at the TM West front entrance.
 
 
Does my child have to attend both Club blocks? 
  • Students staying on campus until 4:30 must be enrolled in a 1st Block and 2nd Block club.
  • Note: If you plan to pick up your child at 3:30 each day, they are not required to attend a 2nd Block club. 
 
 
Who? 
  • All clubs and activities will be led by School District staff, community members and partners.
  • All 5th and 6th graders within the Forest Grove School District boundaries are welcome, this includes students not enrolled at Tom McCall. 
  • Private schools, Home schools, and Online Schooling are also invited to participate in our program. Contact our CLC office for registration assistance.
 
 
How do we sign up? 
Online Registration: 
Any new registrations will be placed on our WAITLIST until space becomes available in clubs.
 
Clubs are offered on a lottery basis based on space available in each club.

Note: Before registering you will need your child's student ID number and FGSD email address
 
 
Will Attendance be counted? 
  • Yes, attendance is taken during every session.
  • Please call 503-359-2506 to excuse your child if they will be missing clubs.
  • Students with 3 or more unexcused absences in a club will be unenrolled to accommodate others who are on a waitlist. 
  • Your child's attendance is based on their individual start date listed on their CLC schedule.
 
 
WAITLIST:
If you see WAITLIST or a different club name on your child’s CLC schedule, it means the club they originally registered for was FULL. 
 
 
Can I switch clubs?
Clubs are offered on a lottery basis based on space available in each club. If you wish to make any changes to your existing registration, please contact our CLC office for assistance:
